An Overview of the INTERSCT Consortium

In the period between the end of June and the beginning of July the INTERSCT consortium held online meetings for all the technical Work Packages, officially kicking off the activities of the INTERSCT project.

Within WP2, WP3, WP4, and the new WP5+6, interested consortium members got to know each other, present their work, research interests, and match them with particular activities within the Work Packages. The online meetings were a good opportunity to trigger new ideas and collaborations between institutions and companies based on dedicated research-based vacancies. Also, the WP leaders presented the main rationale of the WP, gathering feedback and useful suggestions toward the achievement of the intended goals.

Within the WP7, the group at TU/e also presented the preliminary architecture of the Federated Lab, gathering feedback and ideas to further evolve these concepts towards a stable and useful shared platform for joint experimentations by companies and universities.

The consortium members will meet again after the summer break, and the first joint results will be available. Also, available positions are starting to be advertised at the reference entities, and new forces are joining the consortium.

Stay tuned for updates!
