Dr. Eddy Boot has built up almost 24 years of experience as a researcher, consultant and manager at TNO, in many different knowledge and innovation domains. He has led various change management processes.

The common thread for him is always working with and for professionals in the safety and security domain, integrating technology, organization and people. In this capacity, he was also involved in the fields of cybercrime, cyber resilience, Defence cyber operations, cyber workforce, critical infrastructure protection, as well as TNO’s Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) lab and TNO’s Cyber Security Lab (CSL). His last position at TNO’s Defense, Safety & Security Unit was as Research Manager of the Human Performance department, Location Manager of TNO Soesterberg, and Lead of the Public-Private Partnership around the DESDEMONA simulator.
